Replacement Diploma

Former student will fill out this link providing all the information requested along with a $40 credit card payment which is required to place your order. If payment is not completed, the replacement process will not begin.

Once the above, filled out by the student, Jostens, will then contact the school via Email to verify and confirm that the student has indeed completed and graduated from the school.

Upon receiving the verification from the school, We then submit the Diploma Replacement order to our Diploma Center. Expectancy on delivery is 6 weeks after we receive confirmation from the school
